Some bond originators are taking buyers for a ride.Apparently some originators are charging clients a fee to obtain a bond for them.
The only money an originator should receive is from the bank/financial institution as commission!
If an originator invoices a client for their services be aware that this is illegal,and the originator should be reported to the relevant authorities.
Be aware of all the processes involved when entering the property market,and double check any thing that doesn’t sound right with an impartial,reputable outside source.
