Not only is it good for the tenant living there, but also for the property owner, because a happy tenant is a paying tenant. The letting agent we have is very good, they recently fixed up and repainted the whole house. We've been living there for just over two years. This is also the first place we rented and I must say - having had the correct letting agent made the process so much easier. I agree that it is very important to have a good property letting agent.
