ANC President Jacob Zuma will finally have the decision made by the appeal court in Bloemfontein regarding whether or not corruption charges against him will be re-instated.
Several charges were brought against him in the past, the most recent of which were dismissed by judge Chris Nicholson because of suspicion of political and presidential interference. This was denied by former president Thabo Mbeki and the parties prosecuting the case against Mr Zuma have pursued the matter to a court of appeals.
Jacob Zuma stands a very good chance of being South Africa’s next President if the ANC wins again in the this years general election. The ANC has said that Mr Zuma will remain their presidential candidate even if the corruption charges against him are re-instated.
The ruling will be announced later today and should set tongues wagging around the world.

I think this is doing our country more damage than good. Even if he is found innocent of all the charges he will still have a tarnished reputation. I think that it is time for Zuma to accept that he can not lead our country. These leaders need to realise that in order to lead the people you sometimes need to make big sacrifices.
